After feeling lost in life and disconnected from art, I challenged myself to draw my rescue cat Flurff every day for a year. The project brought me back to the craft and I am forever grateful to Flurff for helping me find my purpose again.

He passed away a few months after the series ended, as if he was waiting until he knew I was going to be okay.
