I specialize in ‘creative commissions’ of your furry friends. Whether depicted as pop culture characters or immortalized in sentimental scenes, I paint pets in ways that bring who they are and what you love to life. Humor and heart are at the core of everything I create — to encapsulate the immeasurable joy animals bring to our lives.

How Commissions Work

  • Step 1

    Fill out my waitlist form. Once you're up in the qeue, I'll reach out via email to begin your commission process including:

    • Developing the idea for your painting. Some clients come to me with an idea already in mind, other times we work together to develop an idea based on your pet's unique story & personality.
    • $100 upfront deposit is due.

  • Step 2

    I'll provide rough sketches of your piece (especially if we're deciding between a few idea options) for you to approve. Once approved:

    • I'll begin the final painting which can take 3 - 6 weeks depending on the level of detail.
    • Sometimes, additional painting details come to my mind as I work (little details are my favorite part!), so I'll reach out to you as I work to get your opinion.

  • Step 3

    I will excitedly email you pictures of the painting to approve. I offer one round of revisions. Once approved:

    • The rest of payment is due.
    • I varnish your painting which can take 3 - 4 days to dry.
    • I ship you your new pet portrait!

Other Things To Note

  • I don't typically repeat pieces I've previously done to keep my love of the craft intact. I prefer developing new and unique ideas with you!
